| Professor Radisic is an international leader in cardiac tissue engineering and organs-on-a-chip. She utilizes isolated heart cells in combination with biomaterial scaffolds and bioreactors to cultivate functional heart tissue for disease modeling, drug development and regenerative medicine. In Germany, she continues research on the vascularization of engineered tissues. |
